 9. Maggie Osgood Library (Lowell)

• People living outside Springfield City limits can purchase digital cards to access online resources and public computers for $60/year or $5/month.

• If you live in Springfield but are looking for a permanent place to stay you can get a 3-month transitional library card with a voucher from    Catholic Community Services .

V7. Marcola School Media Center

In the Marcola Elemtentary School that opened in spring 2017, the Friends of the Marcola Schools Media Center provide volunteers to open the library to the public, extend borrowing privileges to all community members, and stock materials that are also suitable for teens and adults.
